How?
We will have turned the Riga Circus into a real whiskey paradise - guests will have the opportunity to "visit" the stands of all importers and brands and taste the drinks of their dreams. Upon arrival at the circus, you will receive the Parade’s programme, as well as a glass of whisky and a pair of tokens, with which you’ll be able to get access to some rare and exclusive drinks.
The participants of the whisky festival - brands and importers - will be located both in the large arena and on the balcony, as well as in the courtyard and the "Horse Stable", where we will also set up a masterclass area and serve cocktails.
Cigars? Sure!
Stories from professionals and brand ambassadors? Definitely!
Music and a proper party? Yes!

Similar to the Riga Wine & Champagne events, we will serve delicacies from the best Latvian and Baltic chefs - snacks and dishes suitable for whiskey and spirits for a symbolic additional fee.

Andrew Jefford, who is a regular guest at the Riga Wine & Champagne festival, is known to many of us as an incredible wine storyteller, author of the Financial Times wine column. Few will know that Andrew is also an excellent whisky connoisseur, and the author of the popular whisky book Whisky Island: A portrait of Islay and its whiskies.
Andrew is committed to educating us in the world of smoky Islay whisky - you will be able to soak up his knowledge both at the master classes at the parade on September 21 and at the opening dinner of the festival on the evening of September 20.

Who is behind
The new whiskey festival is a brainchild of Riga Wine & Champagne, the grandest champagne and wine festival in the Baltics, collaborating with Lauris Grass, one of the most renowned whisky & drinks experts in Latvia.
We have created the largest champagne festival in the Baltics in Riga, so now it is time to tackle whisky & friends!
